01. LOT

Selecting the right lot to accommodate your needs is critical. There are several things to consider like lot size, location, flat or sloping, gated or non-gated community among others. This will help to implement the design of the house with the lot.

02. PLANNING & DESIGN

Once we have the lot selected and surveyed, It’s time for a design meeting. This is where the fun begins! In the design phase you’ll want to think about the size of your home, the number of bedrooms, the style, materials, and of course the budget!

03. CONTRACT & FINANCING

This marks the phase within the process where you have the opportunity to review all details for precision and confirm that your ultimate blueprints align with your initial vision. Once approved, we are ready to begin!

04. UNDER CONSTRUCTION

It’s time to begin! This stage has several milestones: groundbreaking, site preparation, foundation, framing, mechanicals (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical), and finish out.

MOVE IN

It's finally time to move in!

"We have been working with Roberto since February. We knew we wanted to build a custom home and he helped us from the beginning in helping us choose our land lot. He provided guidance on lot quality, location, future construction complexities, and more! He even visited the land lots with us so he could point out things that we may not have been as familiar with or been able to catch as it is not our expertise so he was extremely helpful. We are now in the process of developing and designing the plans and this has been such a fun part! Roberto has been so patient with all of our ideas and things we want to see in the home. We have sent him various videos and pictures of things we want in our home and he has been able to incorporate everything we have wanted into our plans."
