"We have been working with Roberto since February. We knew we wanted to build a custom home and he helped us from the beginning in helping us choose our land lot. He provided guidance on lot quality, location, future construction complexities, and more! He even visited the land lots with us so he could point out things that we may not have been as familiar with or been able to catch as it is not our expertise so he was extremely helpful. We are now in the process of developing and designing the plans and this has been such a fun part! Roberto has been so patient with all of our ideas and things we want to see in the home. We have sent him various videos and pictures of things we want in our home and he has been able to incorporate everything we have wanted into our plans."
